II. Advantages and Features
The equipment automatically performs inspections and displays the results. If defects are detected, they are output to the defect map area and mapped onto the re-inspection station. Defects in the defect map area and those in the template are corresponded with different colored frames, allowing manual processing of each type of defect accordingly.
The equipment employs 36 sets of Bernoulli suction cups, enabling non-contact transfer of glass sheets from the cleaning machine to the AOI inspection equipment. It offers a one-click switching function for various sizes, accommodating various dimensions seamlessly.
The unloading port is equipped with a scanning function that uploads the status of each glass sheet to the cloud, automatically generating labels for traceability and remote tracking.
